Katherine Is a Canadian and Provincially certified Registered Counselling Therapist, a Reiki Master & Teacher, An Access Bars (R) practitioner and an Access Facelift Practitioner. Katherine incorporates holistic wellness coaching and energy psychology coaching tools within her therapeutic practice.
Katherine’s clients have the option of accessing select services or a combination of services.
With over 21 years of experience working within various areas of mental health, Katherine has become passionate about helping her clients reach optimal health in working from a whole person perspective: mind, body, environment, vocation and relationships.
