Practitioner Bio

Audrey Lobdell is a New Mexico based energy practitioner that uses Reiki and tuning fork sound healing to bring the body into harmony physically, emotionally, and spiritually. With a background in music and audio engineering, Audrey has a passion for working with subtle energy and sound. Her own healing journey began with exploring exercise and nutrition, and later delved into positive psychology and nonviolent communication. By developing emotional and physical wellbeing, Audrey experienced more awareness of the spiritual aspects of life, as these components are all intertwined. She found a latent ability in working with subtle energy, and was attuned to Reiki, first by Connie Bell-Dixon, and later by Danielle Stimpson. As her Reiki practice grew, she started exploring more healing modalities to better understand holistic wellness. She’s studied Tuning Fork Sound Therapy with Donna Nesteruk via the Acutonics method, and has privately studied Eileen McKusick’s biofield tuning method. Audreys approach to tuning fork therapy has developed intuitively from these methods, combined with her understanding of intervallic relationships in music. Audrey is passionate about helping others unlock the innate healing ability of the body, offering relaxation, and assisting others in their personal and spiritual growth.
