Practitioner Bio

I have worked as a mental health worker for close to a decade and currently manage a program with close to 200 clients who live with mental illnesses. I have a background in social work, and have trained in non-violent crisis intervention, mental health first aid, trauma-informed practice and crisis and suicide-prevention to name a few certifications. I am understanding, thoughtful, engaged, empathetic and apply strengths-based methods to my practice.
