I have been lucky enough to learn from & partner with the plants to help bring about healing to the body, mind & spirit.
I am a 5 Element Plant Spirit Medicine Practitioner and a Clinical Herbalist. My journey began at 19. A deep love affair with herbal medicine blossomed and I’ve never looked back. I’m 42 now and after years of school, certifications & client consults I can still say I love what I do.
My hope is to be of deep service & help people find & tune into their fullest expression.
