Practitioner Bio

I studied biochemistry and worked for several pharmaceutical companies for 10 years and discovered that alternative and holistic treatment is the most effective way to help eliminate chronic illnesses. Having worked in the corporate world for 10 years, I am well aware of all the unhealthy habits that can come with the job. That’s when I decided that I have to make a change and help people to change their habits so that they can ultimately get balanced in life. My compassionate and empathetic nature allow me to really understand and help my clients from a unique perspective. I am here to help my clients design and accomplish their goals in nutrition, exercise and mental/spiritual health and wellness. My main purpose in life is to make you feel a little better than you did before meeting me.
