About Living Well on Earth
Acquiring her physiotherapy license at 20 years old in Manila, Philippines, Princess then moved to Vancouver, BC 20 years ago to pursue a career in health care. After 2 years of work and volunteer experience in a physio clinic and extended care facility she realized she can help more people by providing one one personal training.
Providing at-home and online personal training, she specializes in active and post injury rehabilitation sessions. She also provides coaching and training clients for weight management, and teaches group fitness classes.
Her group fitness format is a 60-minute total body workout focused on strengthening the upper/lower body and core with elements of Pilates and floor barre. Expect to learn new movement patterns (and also discover muscles you never thought you possessed) and end on a relaxing note with flexibility and breath work.
