Practitioner Bio
I am a yoga and mindfulness teacher in Vancouver. I finished the 500hr Teacher Training at Semperviva Yoga and have kept continuing my studies. During my learning about yoga, my interest was always towards the philosophy. Learning what yoga can do for mental illness and how keeping a healthy mind, along with yoga can be a valuable approach to these issues. Hope I can help you with what I’ve learned.
