Home practices that heal. Think of me as a movement consultant, your cheerleader and coach. We work together to discover the movement patterns and dissolve them so that you feel more confident, resilent, and have less pain, tension and/or discomfort.

If needed we will address ways to calm a stressed nervous system, assymeteries in motion that contribute to tension, and help establish breath work to bring about an internal spacious feeling so that your body can relax better.
