Over the course of my life, I've had many rich experiences that have brought me to where I am now. I've spent time studying tantra, clinical sexology, coaching, bodywork/massage, mind-body connection, relationships, and The Somatica Method.

I'm certified as a Clinical Sexologist and Professional Sex Coach as well as a level 1 Somatica Practitioner.
