I do understand that not eveyone have a full hour outside of their normal schedule, so this 30 minute session is designed as a shorter session to touch base with where you are in your weekly goals as well as help you brainstorm ways to use your strengths to continue to move towards your short-term and long-term wellness goals. This can be a virtual appointment allowing you to meet with me anywhere you are.

Crystal therapy and Reiki energy can indeed work very well over distance to transcend time and space! A distance Reiki session allows me to link an object to your energy field by accessing the symbols I received in Reiki Level Two Attunement. I will typically request a photo of you or your loved one to reference during the session. I will also use Crystal therapy energy during the session. All you will need to do is relax and absorb the Reiki energy.

I would love to extend a coaching session wherein we can discuss whatever you may want to share and process within a non-violent communication coached session.
