Holistic Counselling & Massage

I am working as a Holistic Counsellor in Vancouver. At the moment I offer services for: -Holistic Counselling: I work in the field of counselling in the following subjects: Life Coaching/Counselling, Intimacy/Relationship/Single Counselling, Sexual Therapy, Spiritual Counselling. I combine Astrology, Psychology, Tantric Philosophy and I can offer Guided Meditation. -Massages: Relaxing, Light Therapeutic, Pressure Point, Meditative Treatments and more Intense Massages. I use techniques with aroma's, massage tools, and hands. I can combine the treatments with a body scrub or body wrap. -In my holistic treatments I also take into account the right balance and support in a healthier life style that is manageable, with food, supplements, herbs and movement that suits your body and your capacity. Not everyone has to be a top runner or an extreme athlete, or the most extreme raw foodie. I support this vision on Ayurvedic knowledge, combining Orthomolecular Food Science. -Birth and Postpartum Doula: I am also working as a Doula, where I support women before, during and after pregnancy. I give pregnancy massages, do brazilians/vajacials, and henna ritual art. -Aesthetics: facials, spa massages, manicure, pedicure, body treatments, henna and glitter art, waxing. -Creativity: My Creative expression is also form of therapy, Intuitive Dance Therapy and Art Therapy. These are expressions that I shape in my own life too, and these tools can be used to understand or shape your life in a different way than only through the mind and cognitive function. Learning and experiencing. My core philosophy is combining Eastern with Western traditions. I am searching for the right blend and balance between the knowledge that is available.
