Once your personal goals have been identified, we can work together on achieving them. This is usually accomplished through once-a-week sessions over a three to four week period. The price for individual coaching reflects a one-hour session. More time can always to allocated to a single session but the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Reiki. Based on the principle that an unseen vital life force is ever present, reiki is a Japanese modality that promotes relaxation and overall wellness. A decreased life force invites more opportunities for low energy and decreased health. An increased life force means more energy and better well-being.
