Let’s Yoga is here to illuminate the yogi in people — whether you’re a millennial in need of a quick morning energy boost , or a professional looking for some distress during the day or a working women or a well being enthusiast eager to explore the world of yoga to reap more harmony in life. We all know that we are unique in our own way with our own capabilities well the same mantra goes with our body too. It's not necessary that you have to bend like a bow or stand straight like a tree to do Yoga. All yoga requires is a movement of your body with the sync of your breath. We help you find and choose among the asanas that you are comfortable with and blend them into your daily practice. Attend a private virtual yoga class or a in-home yoga class from the comfort of your home or on the go or call us home to guide you. We offer one hour well being sessions which are blend of yoga asanas, pranayama, and dhyana!

Margaret is a Registered Homeopath bringing to the practice three decades of experience in the health field with Masters Degrees in both Social Work MSW and Law LLM from York University; her experience includes CEO of a Children’s Mental Health agency and creator/owner of a treatment fostering agency helping children and families. ​ Margaret knows firsthand that homeopathy is extremely effective, providing long term relief from many conditions and illness both acute and chronic without harmful side effects or toxicity and looks forward to sharing her expertise and skills with you on your journey to health. ​ Margaret is a mother of 5, 3 being Foster Children that she has raised as her own. Hatha

• A blissful 60 mins yoga session of your choice of either Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashtanga yoga catered especially for you! Whoever you are, whatever your level is, I’ll help you find a practice that’s especially made for your body and your soul’s needs. We’re going to work on finding our balance all while gaining both strength and flexibility. • A 90 mins yoga session of your choice of either Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashranga is available upon request where a 15 minute meditation is added to the end of the practice. • Hypnotherapy sessions available to help you lose weight, quit a bad habit, or get over a past trauma. • Reiki healing sessions to help align and unblock your chakras, release unwanted energies, and renew your connection with yourself.
