Utilizing Dr. Edward Bach's Flower Remedies to help any emotional distress that may be going on. These are very gentle essences of flowers that provide emotional healing on a subtle level. Once we narrow down the area of distress, a bottle of the essences will be made up for you to take throughout the day. This goes along very well with the Flower Therapy Healing for a relaxing treatment session afterwards.

After an Initial Intake form is completed we will get together and discuss what health goals you have in relation to what habits and lifestyle you currently have. Reiki is a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing. This energy healing treatment works holistically; on the whole body, mind, and spirit. The sessions include a relaxing treatment where the practitioner transfers natural healing vibrations (energy) from their palms to the patient. Reiki works to balance out the chakra system, helping to correct energetic blockages or imbalances. Available session times include 30, 60, and 90-minute sessions. Bookings are currently open for Reiki treatments at the Soul Tree Meditation Studio. Both in-person and distance reiki sessions are available.

Prior to meeting, you fill out the New Client Intake form and a weeklong diet diary. During the appointment, we discuss main health concerns, history, current diet, eating habits and lifestyle habits (stress, sleep & activity levels). After this information is gathered you will receive a Personalized Plan that supports the body as a whole in our first consultation. I meet you where your are on your health journey so that your plan is achievable and easy to follow.

There are so many wonderful herbs out there that help with a huge variety of things including; digestive issues, skincare, over/under active adrenals, anxiety, depression, etc. On this call we will address your main health concerns and come up with a herbal procedure to allow these concerns to fade away.

Online coaching for fitness, health and weight-loss goals

This 1-hour guided meditation will assist you in calming down the body and mind and achieving a fully relaxed, and surrendered meditative state of mind. Proper breathing and posture techniques will be discussed as well as any pitfalls that one experiences while engaging in a meditative practice. In-person and online guided meditations are available.

During this session we will pull some cards and discuss where you are currently positioned and based on the messages and qualities in the reading, I will create a customized meditation for you during the session. It's broken up as 30 minute reading 10 minute discussion and gathering of ideas for meditation 20 minute meditation
